Duties
' m( M4 r& s3 [2 n. C8 RSupports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
! q9 x5 B0 C8 U0 C; v$ b9 hModifies forms and reports according to client specifications* Z6 g7 i/ F" M: V6 H8 f/ l6 _
Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
, F6 r6 t$ F( p! CAssists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment6 X, D8 x% r: f6 w- }
Qualifications
. O3 W" F8 E( M! [/ B0 [B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered! L2 }3 L8 \* L7 ^
Several years related experience in a similar environment) A) h0 [5 j5 b; o" ~* w4 O
Knowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
1 E" Q5 ?- F" x* L# [( F* O) NKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset2 @2 P% r. d8 P
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
