Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
3 T/ u; j" ]1 F( s* t2 ~: iExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
, R- \4 j. v/ SAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
: `) x1 ~( V. W1 F! x) BExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
9 M6 }& U# B; @7 wExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
8 `) V' k) U3 U8 X+ pStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
5 T3 P7 [# e" h, S; e) PUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
