Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
, `  n8 i$ X) v, [Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
5 _8 `' K7 W2 p7 {! r, UExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
1 ?. c; |' P4 ~4 vUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
