Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
; E4 `+ S6 j+ r$ ]. B7 LExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
$ e1 e1 L+ k% D1 TExcellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
) x; ]* {- N+ E% `Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
