# I4 I6 l8 l1 R/ l; Z& ]) ?# dname，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

: B4 P$ d: k+ Z6 _+ I! y# T男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
! Q. F4 Y& E  P比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
: r5 F8 W  b/ oRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
Semi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
4 h( V8 S8 i) mCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

( p! Q7 C' q* l) I' K男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
