报名需要信息
3 q  [& B& C6 O' N& N: Kname，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

: ?# [* y6 [7 M% F男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
  I$ M% ]! }. t4 eRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
) ]" x3 n, b: e( r: q2 M" zSemi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
: v6 T/ a9 q* n; d$ }Competitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

+ y) M* F$ c3 Q9 s8 F% g3 v' H: h1 b男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
