Do you have 1 – 2 years of hands-on applied payroll experience under your belt?
I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
•        Processing payroll
; e* U; ?, ~5 g. f' A" G•        Preparing reports
$ Q, Q# z5 g* g3 @5 ?; f9 x# A! y•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
8 f4 x/ a; \2 t•        Accounting side of payroll
1 [+ ~3 i: q6 H7 U5 F  M
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
% j" ]# U! x7 q  K, C- N6 U/ e•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
" A6 p: q( ?/ ^•        Union experience
! F  l; D2 ^- ]( U/ h/ p- y" s•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
& E9 F7 W' t' {, U) F: C# |) E/ d•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
( m: r9 h/ M: P/ j3 PYou must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
, j0 g, o/ y- O$ `, t6 r& `Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
