I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
, `$ m3 R; S4 c0 W# ?6 A9 T- AMy West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
1 E' ?) {7 R: JWithin this role you will be responsible for:
. S, |- [" E; q/ J& E! T•        Processing payroll
% M) s9 x4 a) L% T! h& P  `•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
( h. ]( N1 O# A! c•        Accounting side of payroll
6 Y7 r6 K+ Q$ T! y1 c
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
$ K# R( _7 V/ x•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
  f. N6 h0 W5 `% k8 X# A1 a•        Union experience
•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

$ [$ e9 j% e( k5 JI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
  x0 N; k4 X7 @& j4 o/ r( aHours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
1 \+ k+ z+ e  N+ _7 {1 AYou will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
