available at our Edmonton Petroleum Lab and Fort McMurray

- Degree/diploma/certificate in the sciences; chemistry/biology
) M+ @% @) M9 g  |3 eor other science background essential for Analyst positions,
- X# L0 ]3 k; Van asset for other positions
& v6 ]2 t  Z/ m- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
4 {4 ?) w) I- q- C! v0 r: _2 ]- Possess good computer skills & a strong work ethic
- Have a good command of the English Language

daily basis
- Possess the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly
changing environment
- Capable of working afternoons, evenings, overtime and or
weekends

3 C# _4 ]: T* Q% S1 ]$ M/ o% dReceives and prepares samples for labs (includes: dividing & transferring samples to appropriate containers, storing samples, entering jobs into system, dumping old samples)
  {$ `0 ~% x( f6 K$ SResponds to some customer enquiries, requests & complaints (bottle orders, sample prep procedures and turn around time)
) \, f* {/ }0 R3 cConfers sample status & lab capacity with analysts
Assist with invoicing and reporting of client data
$ D9 _$ W; @) mDefines customer requirements per transaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

7 d' |! P: l+ |High School Diploma, or B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in relevant sciences would be an asset
Previous laboratory experience an asset
Able to deal positively with customer concerns
Excellent communication and organizational skills
eneral understanding of the environmental industry
. Y  J' V! G9 s/ xstrong multi-tasking capability and comfortable with routine work
Competent computer skills
8 P2 C9 }0 a) q, SWork effectively as part of a team
4 Y: T4 H& G4 G  r$ l4 h) RAble to act professionally while working in a fast paced & changing environment
