Job Purpose
" B5 u! C; m" @2 Z) dEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
0 ^0 h; f+ u# V, @! n, w  y( [that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
9 @( P$ C$ T* I/ Ycustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
$ `1 R' K& R4 kCustomer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
) L2 s9 _4 \( u: }• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
: p& x3 c- E7 ~" l# Y0 [1 t2 H• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
' {2 s5 X7 B) H! ~, y2 I( s6 Y4 A+ Fstock
! d# ]5 ^' e( j6 b8 R• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
5 l3 P5 C- {0 |( J+ F! w  s$ {: eStore Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
8 M6 q' O: N  a) {0 f5 U• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
5 M$ H0 d3 `) T% v( x• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
9 u9 ?3 M. m+ g7 I( N• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
