Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
) F3 ?  Y/ `% R2 T) \; N- f; W. x* ithat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
5 ~+ ]8 M3 |$ bcustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
- F3 }& M* m- E: JDuties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
* Q- Y) r  }' Y2 W• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
  d3 ~9 R% |2 V& |• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
, ]" T( J# E2 w, x# \• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
- W! n% o% ]& ^) v• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
' j# q9 ?) _" t, B8 h• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
: Z) n2 I" H' @• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)

• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and

• Demanding workload
Physical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
. h& [( F% m! N" i• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
