: g2 ^2 k8 V( U4 R0 BReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

% l( ^& F9 z% t  uKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
" W8 U3 l: _/ S0 {% z        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients
& f% O! x6 F, d# z) j
QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
! N- j9 V1 s+ ^: }" G•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
1 a& X4 ~: M5 v$ }•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
1 \5 ~  l9 r+ k! ]9 P•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
