The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.

5 Y! |! E' I5 U5 w9 o The primary responsibilities are to:

8 ?  `. c- o! F$ f8 d$ v-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.
) o3 O% u5 G; _7 ^9 W* [
* S$ N# f) A# J- X- r/ x# W( L-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.
' r& P; o! w9 m. n' i7 K
( z% |* ?& M; n; SServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

+ T% H& D7 h; W- r: I/ x; x8 aEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

& ]( L& n" `; B& oMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
- H. q3 [* M7 u1 M Qualifications  
Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

3 D: T3 L4 Z! ~0 q% t4 dSelf-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

4 f& @9 _# c5 fA broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
