Primary Focus  
The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.

The primary responsibilities are to:

-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

8 V7 S' p9 d, m# n7 j% L-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.

' s4 `3 F6 U: w( n- k/ lServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.
* _8 j) E& H# K6 a7 H
Ensure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

/ ]$ i" @! h' o7 |0 wMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.

$ Z* P- @& L$ o9 G, u: v; D5 } Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
; F3 r8 H" T6 c) {1 n0 k
Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.
! I/ \# g! k! C; E1 _
Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

% A9 `  w( q7 j- j  N9 oProject management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
