Currently 2 persons living there, each in one bed room. Both are clean and quiet. For the convenience of all , it would probably be better for a commuter to stay in the living room, who are clean and quiet, or someone seeking temporary shelter.

$550/month ($500 deposit) including all basic furniture, internet, heating, water and power,  shared cable TV in the living room.
