NDT Technician
Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

% g3 H: q5 v; z5 P$ n5 ]' AUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

: |9 v- T1 K& Q+ J/ LResponsibilities:
0 i& X+ S! A4 @/ B* i' Y
Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
6 U1 H. M* c  v# Q8 a! n5 IInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
( X5 e  r/ z: H2 i* y$ d0 }Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
5 y$ T- a$ A' u  KClearing testing locations / dig clean
3 [; A, v# S* G5 {1 e  w- j5 _Required Skills:

Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
Ability to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
" F  u  H4 e- \7 CKnowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

% W6 p" t! {: r+ s8 i  _- f. VThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
