I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

. u4 E% I$ w6 v5 Y4 U$ PI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
4 Y! x( J3 z1 `, O2 gbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
# e( t" }: l8 I8 D, `& F+ i30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
4 s! S, f+ \0 X/ }) N0 ^7 Zafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
