I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
/ Z% U2 S5 ?! f1 J  {(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
  s  u2 v& y8 Y! j$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
+ s# k3 C8 ]; u9 r& [  Jbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
. H) w: r2 X) z6 B8 x# q1 T30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
