在房子四周加完土以后还要如何做？

目的是为了防水。 我家后院有坡。我刚在房子四周铺上了TOP SOIL，我是否需要在上面铺一层防草布，然后再加铺石头？ 石头上哪买？防草布的英文名是什么？杂哪可以买？

I am not sure this is a right way to solve the problem or not. Can any experts help us out of this? Thanks
