Canadian Visa for student in US

International Student in USA with Chinese Passport wants to come to Canada for Visiting

+ \5 f2 G5 k6 X$ ]. @/ E6 V# ?My sister is studying in USA with student visa and Chinese passport, and she would like to visit me in Canada. Is it difficult to get a Canadian visa without being with 旅行团? It is much appreciated if anyone can let me know the processes.
