- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives

- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
- Identify potential commercial risks

" ~- D! r: r8 n( m- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
# i, f9 J/ o2 P2 X- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
1 B2 g* P' n2 L4 uRequirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
% e4 ?& u; a- `, O5 W8 N- 3+ years successful related experience background
1 a" S, [- }5 O* P7 I. q; `" A- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
" u$ ^# l) G. F; q; E- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
' @1 ^/ v" A. P' g% o3 n- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
8 p2 q' H, A; M- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
7 u, X7 ~, ^; W! |- Responsible and accountable
- Self-managed and able to work independently
- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
- Valid North America or European passport
