刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
% v* S5 Q" ^$ D: |To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

是不是太荒谬了，如果这样的话
我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明

* ~& t/ ]& T0 n. V我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
$ k7 A6 N2 K+ ?) @4 s8 duniversity, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
3 Q- V+ `/ x) dstatus of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
international students in the admission stage.

+ Q- V" M' e# o, tThe second sentence means that even you are considered as an
2 z6 k& M! E' X4 linternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you
won't pay the differential fee as international students do.

我想请教一下，我要申请明年９月的研究生，我是现在申请好还是明年２月登陆后申请好呢？
如果我想申请５月的研究生能来得及吗？

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
5 k# x+ W. a( R) _* J7 M1 ~申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

( q7 p, R# m- P7 \7 t9 V9 x我现在可以填移民吗？主要还没有登陆，没有ＳＩＮ号，所以不知道怎么办

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
