The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to: @2 J# e: _" O0 h) ^" r3 G$ o J
Tools -> Internet Options
. }8 H! }6 k$ |Click the Connections Tab& _8 h* ]/ X1 t: f' c
Click the the "Lan Settings" button" g( G1 z/ L: c Y4 r0 y
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"
) ~9 y# R8 g9 s' t+ tClick Ok* j! l- E! j, i6 j" T- K9 A4 J/ ]* o
Click Ok: P! `' N" u# f
* ^; J/ L3 U3 c" T) G; q. y
The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
