At the moment most users on the Shaw network using Internet Explorer ( [% Z) s( c. I* C3 N4 z$ f
are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to
( k% N: U, k5 wTools -> Internet Options
) X: h' M1 o* E0 |+ _, ?Click the Connections Tab+ g! P$ k9 B) P. m
Click the the "Lan Settings" button( L5 x/ t3 m( U, f
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"
