解决办法有两个：

are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to' x" f- Z. _% o! X6 `3 s" X
Tools -> Internet Options
6 ?' k: ?; I% rClick the Connections Tab0 E1 H1 l; ]" q+ B+ {) I3 s9 D" d
Click the the "Lan Settings" button
5 y4 K$ S' R1 lRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"

Click Ok; x, N3 D$ o6 s, T% a7 N
! h- b, C0 `8 G, F* Q
The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
