Click the Connections Tab% s- a2 K, Y; x8 K! ]
Click the the "Lan Settings" button4 c2 H' r- |9 F$ A c' N
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"/ x v% I" D8 f/ [" C0 @* U p- j
Click Ok 9 ^9 O5 f$ ^/ E2 V; x$ P) U! g& o& uClick Ok* y* v) T3 p/ r! v

The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again.
