Tim has been a proud member of 424 for more than 25 years. 0 \& n$ O- l% w# g! V% {. X9 g( t; U
4 W$ B( t6 P+ Q+ Z: oHe began work with our Union in 1981, receiving Inter-provincial Journeyman Electrician status the following year — and in 1988 he also became a Journeyman Boom Truck Operator.

While on the job and with a young family he continued his education in night courses, graduating from the U of A in 2001 with a degree in Human Resources Management. In 2003, following two additional years of study, he was designated a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)./ O+ `9 I! f8 B

For four years, Tim was our Local’s Dispatcher before becoming Assistant Business Manager in 2002. In 2004 he took over the reins as 424 Business Manager.
