Construction Total是建筑面积，是根据Blue print 上的数据计算出来的。
CREB Total是Calgary Real Estate Board给出的数据。是Realtor用尺子按房子的外墙测量，计算出来的。因为有Vinyl或其他类型的外墙的原因，Realtor测量的面积会大一些。

是说的面积，差了将近100尺在图纸上。 CREB要大一些。

是建筑面积。是建筑商严格按Blue Print建筑的房屋的大小。较为准确。

但是刚得到我的图纸上说，我的CREB total是大于我当时签合同时的面积，大概20平方尺。我的建筑print construction total上是小于我当时签合同的面积80平方尺左右。
那么mls上listing 的面积是那个面积呢？
