Building a new house, found the the Construction Total is smaller than the CREB Total?
What is CREB total anyway? Appreciate for answer!

Construction Total是建筑面积，是根据Blue print 上的数据计算出来的。
0 o9 Y; B. `8 z5 b+ {; |CREB Total是Calgary Real Estate Board给出的数据。是Realtor用尺子按房子的外墙测量，计算出来的。因为有Vinyl或其他类型的外墙的原因，Realtor测量的面积会大一些。

7 u) ~& {( \7 Y但是刚得到我的图纸上说， 我的CREB total是大于我当时签合同时的面积，大概20平方尺。 我的建筑print construction total上是小于我当时签合同的面积80平方尺左右。
那么mls上listing 的面积是那个面积呢？
