一对老两口有两个女儿，
" i8 Q& L' S' w/ c3 z2 nThe older daughter was married to a man who sold umbrellas, while the younger one was married to a man who sold straw hats.                
大女儿嫁给了一个卖雨伞的，二女儿嫁给了一个卖草帽的。
" u; B- w) l: Z9 K( j- f4 J, r, Z  fTherefore, whenever it was a fine day,                
所以，每当遇到晴天的时候，
the mother would sigh: “Oh, it’s a bad day for my elder son-in-law.”
做母亲的就会叹气：“哎！大女婿的雨伞卖不出去了。”
; `, `* [2 h" Y, |8 M1 m( a- E: w9 PBut if it was a rainy day, she would sigh as well: “Nobody’s going to buy my younger son-in-law’s straw hats.”
8 r: v2 f1 q! Q/ q8 |3 X遇到雨天，她还是会叹气：“二女婿的草帽没人买了！” ，

所以，晴天雨天老太太都不高兴。
But her husband saw the matter in a different light.He was happy, rain or shine.         
; X' G  f7 h& |4 G可是老先生却恰恰相反，不论晴天雨天，老先生都很高兴。
: s" u7 U2 O! k! m3 @$ l( {1 A- }On sunny days, he would think that his younger son-in-law would sell lots of straw hats,
晴天时他想到二女婿的草帽会卖得好，
and on rainy days he would think of his elder son-in-law doing well selling his umbrellas.
雨天时他想到大女婿的雨伞会卖得好，
+ W- Q" S& x- z2 v2 J" GIn reality, happiness is a kind of attitude.
其实，幸福就是一种心情，
It is never far from you, depending on whether you are contented or not.
