Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

I printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
! ^3 A% g: f1 m' X% {+ j# V; t  q# SOne local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
Another said:” maybe means shutdown.”
3 ^) G% B$ J9 x" j3 Z9 n# ~My foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
