EMCN, a not-for-profit immigrant serving agency is seeking an experienced HR professional. The (HR) Manager originates/leads practices-objectives to support an employee-oriented, family friendly, intercultural workplace that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, high standards, goal attainment + the recruitment/ongoing development of a superior workforce. The HR Manager will provide a high level leadership & administration as well as direct the implementation of Human Resource services.

Responsibilities include: the coordination/implementation of recruitment, hiring/orientation of new employees; performance management/employee recognition; employee training & development; P1 R" V- U! g& O" O6 V

R" m5 Y/ L! }, w+ e( yKey Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience working in a senior HR capacity; relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience; CHRP designation preferred; superior oral/written communication skills, inter-cultural competency, and exceptional organizational skills.8 V1 @& m9 x, S# y" y
