After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

1 e- @9 P$ c" ~9 m; e" Y" B9 @We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
4 ^- W- W% R( N3 S+ F0 b5 aSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

, }. ~6 @$ X4 B" [- P9 X) N$ pWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.4 g6 s! B+ E2 V2 B# W3 \% i( d
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.* a2 n/ f- T, x' h
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.) W' t$ v2 T% r" M
4 K% y& h- W( a; v3 T* T3 iThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look." }( X; s0 w# e
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.4 k' i0 P5 |+ s
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. . p) b0 U0 t- J, v
, l% p" j6 D% h9 V( bThe coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
