After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. - W) C5 p+ J, X4 I8 O0 @# r: V; J
It is a cycle.+ {8 V% S6 N, ]0 ^( F
% D+ L0 q9 r# j% |) ]( JWe isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains./ L; A$ G" Y0 G9 C$ V
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine., g M: N+ |( u! Q" @# c/ c
The problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal., c" }$ F4 @. |! q
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
# Y% \9 }5 `( m/ E. IConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

$ E) J5 p0 Q1 s. z7 JThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
& |; I p \2 c( b' k' x' R4 XThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
