After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

" C* H6 b( l" t( v( y" s9 l& `When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
. d( M, t$ s6 J2 _5 d0 Y9 s) B2 |" ^Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.! l( ]( @6 b# F" |1 V8 Q
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.. x6 D5 ^% \8 P. a1 J' V% Q
|% Y4 J% S# Z! s* M: r/ j3 n7 w% BThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
7 `8 [9 r' t! H/ T. d4 RThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.! p/ Q) A$ [5 ^1 o& g
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. $ B2 E4 G2 c4 y+ ]7 L; k' |2 Y" O
# m6 ]5 s, d6 m" DThe coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. 9 K$ R; G) Q/ b& W M4 Y1 i k
