After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. & I+ A& T4 s u4 L
It is a cycle.

! J/ Q" I& R+ t0 T& r" u* l2 HWe isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
# t: }! M' `$ w# F9 qSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.# |0 A7 V' q) f& F ~7 t, c
The problem should be inside the bucket.- G) K* S7 X# A2 W ?" A

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.0 f% ~$ m; ]- p( _( W2 U
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
& F* l0 A5 M4 iConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.: ~. O% Y$ z! \& v
1 n- H3 G8 f3 E" W9 cThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look./ t7 s. G u- s) Q! F8 L; s+ V
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
: U. T5 g+ S8 ~4 H) J( Z It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. 4 i, J' U7 h0 @. J! ^

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. - T; @" [' P" I( }$ ^$ \* Z# `9 x
