Position: Executive Assistant (contract position, maternity leave replacement) / About: CMHA-ER is a non-profit organization that has been making mental health matter in the Edmonton community for over 55 years. CMHA-ER promotes mental health and recovery and provides direct service to people living with severe and persistent mental illness. CMHA-ER provides direct support for children, youth/adults. Programs include suicide prevention and intervention; mental health first aid training; advocacy; leadership training, psycho-social education programs; social and recreational programs; rehabilitation programs; family support groups and affordable housing. ) e% R2 a: ~3 M
7 W* t# H7 r6 ]% `' [1 \CMHA-ER is recruiting for a qualified/experienced person for a full time Executive Assistant position. The successful candidate will have many talents/skills including: a demonstrated commitment to excellence; strong customer service skills; excellent administrative, communication/public relations skills; acute attention to detail; a high degree of competency in MS Office applications; a creative flare; and providing executive level assistance to the E. D. & Board of Directors (day to day, regular/special meetings). / n8 t! s; j! o" V$ q0 d
+ ~( z: v, |- |1 L0 RHours of work are 8:30 – 4:30, Monday through Friday. Some evening/weekend work is required. CMHA-ER provides a family friendly, supportive work environment. Relevant qualifications include administrative training and relevant experience.1 q( J/ Y0 p3 R. l, q9 w
