) O5 }& x1 g5 S9 y: qThese are commonly found in older houses, some are minor and least worrisome but the defective floor IMO is one prime deficiency of structure one should worry about; it is not easy to fix and will be costly even it can be done. I have seen floor with tiles crack that runs lengthwise and rise in the middle of the house apparently due to severe settlement/movement of earth and I personally believe this kind of repairs would induce great expense of time/money.

主要是地板不平有些担心，虽然验房师说问题不大。但是我们也看了好些房子了，地板不平还是第一次遇到。主要是和柱子接壤的地方高，周围低。怕是结构问题。
