Cracks in the asphalt shingles throughout the whole roof. Monitor fro deterioration, and replace when needed.

Negatively graded slope toward the foundation visible. This condition does not allow water run-off and contributes to ponding. This condition can cause structural and/or water infiltration problems. Excessive soil/water pressures can actually cause lateral movement of the foundation, a potentially serious concern. Deficiencies must be corrected and suitable drainage conditions must be maintained in order to prevent problems., U! Y- O, F% `1 N ?
