Cracks in the asphalt shingles throughout the whole roof. Monitor fro deterioration, and replace when needed.

Anticipate settlement at foundation. Maintain a positive slope away from foundation to prevent possible basement water penetration.
) b+ o, B3 I0 e2 K% C2 WNegatively graded slope toward the foundation visible. This condition does not allow water run-off and contributes to ponding. This condition can cause structural and/or water infiltration problems. Excessive soil/water pressures can actually cause lateral movement of the foundation, a potentially serious concern. Deficiencies must be corrected and suitable drainage conditions must be maintained in order to prevent problems.
