5 \% `) H5 c  V2 T- O•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! X! o% j7 ~# e& L7 U# }•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
% h  @' b) Q% P•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
9 W2 e, c# u* i) t) z•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide
•        System training
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Customer service skills

•        C++ development skills
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

" w  s8 a+ D7 b( E& }•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently
•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
