$ W& e9 v( z3 K' m1 j0 U. E•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
. o: D( O' {& C3 r0 L•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
4 K# y8 i* A9 |! V2 `) D3 I  P•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
$ V/ r2 M' O+ O: F! ^9 q•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
  y( B) x+ M  q) j) J/ m1 f" v•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide
•        System training

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
•        Technical degree or diploma
