$ W& e9 v( z3 K' m1 j0 U. E•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control4 k5 F% S( @9 ?% G, g8 p
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
. o: D( O' {& C3 r0 L•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
4 K# y8 i* A9 |! V2 `) D3 I  P•        Managing customer expectations ) P' T$ u- T4 n# o- L! ], p
•        Documentation of technical procedures
$ V/ r2 M' O+ O: F! ^9 q•        Trouble shooting client network issues * H* H* ?( U# ]) j4 U7 u0 [$ P; T
•        Optimizing system configurations  ( e! K3 Z1 d/ E
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : T/ L: _8 y& C0 _, ]9 I
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
  y( B) x+ M  q) j) J/ m1 f" v•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.   g: D+ d  b. ], |( O
•        Site services worldwide + o! x) O2 L4 y2 F# r
•        System training
# @/ I% `9 r5 K( x1 X) G+ `8 ?: E4 m•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin. v9 r& {8 N  |
•        Work evenings as required
! ]% x3 V- H2 j; z7 T/ ]* nSkills and Knowledge Required
# j( X+ H( D, Q' m1 W& b- f( q•        Customer service skills
4 y, G5 ?2 y' r•        Technical writing skills
3 z, M) c0 _' U( {, {* \# c/ s•        C++ development skills
1 ]* p# ?) B; q7 Z' o•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
0 h/ V/ k$ Y. n* @4 I* _) g# X•        Network trouble shooting skills 5 A6 v1 v# k& U+ b! D) r
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills # {" z$ ~0 W$ X
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
% n( Q8 K, j' W6 W0 M! E' b•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education, T! ~1 l- @; n0 J! o
•        Technical degree or diploma
, o$ T2 e) Q  L" U•        2 years experience in a technical support role
