Position Responsibilities:
7 Y( g( y( x3 }, S0 x \• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control* I; O# f$ P, Z8 Z' m
• Identification and replication of software defects
& ]6 J# r; E9 J( v• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ( Y5 t' i" R# J# ~' ]
• Managing customer expectations
$ k2 M* }) V- |• Documentation of technical procedures # M9 k$ ~" R8 m' A
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Network trouble shooting skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
