5 \% `) H5 c V2 T- O• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! X! o% j7 ~# e& L7 U# }• Identification and replication of software defects " z( O2 C7 h) D
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients , k% t: y9 x+ a* i3 s) C, T
• Managing customer expectations / R' ~7 u ~6 p
• Documentation of technical procedures
% h @' b) Q% P• Trouble shooting client network issues 3 B. s5 c% J. I Y& ]: n4 a' L- i! A
• Optimizing system configurations ' B7 n' D, m; [% d( i$ C M
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
