Position Responsibilities:* M( _* T8 C0 N: V# |% R
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control. g. G) p$ }) C$ v6 b/ k, _
• Identification and replication of software defects D# w" n8 @: G5 [' t. M/ S( R
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
' j' {) B' f2 K) c2 |9 B$ v) \. v• Managing customer expectations 4 s8 s4 N. h B' U
• Documentation of technical procedures ; |- {% ]# E* y! [* g
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 7 }3 x5 F( m& K8 [
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 6 y- L3 T' M1 V# Z# V* o

• Site services worldwide

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• Network trouble shooting skills

Experience and Education
