Position Responsibilities:5 T: Z; f7 P, B# Y
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control6 Q. N0 ?/ c9 s7 n% i8 }$ J% ?
• Identification and replication of software defects
* M' o0 {: H$ C" z; J& O& ^• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures ' w/ w7 j' S, W( G: Y( H/ m
• Trouble shooting client network issues $ k p5 b" k1 w) K% l3 O" c% o) V
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 5 `9 u/ f( X& Q8 X
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Experience and Education
