Position Responsibilities:7 R" i' J+ c( g; V
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
, z( s6 [4 A6 U, A3 ?•        Identification and replication of software defects  
0 e1 w% c# S* m% |& R; p0 d•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ' p" W9 ^7 x) ]9 O
•        Managing customer expectations
2 D( N6 }- A* E•        Documentation of technical procedures
- ]  |1 F3 X+ C. A0 _, [. S•        Trouble shooting client network issues
; n7 z2 Z& p4 c% }8 ?•        Optimizing system configurations  - `& I' F. _) y8 [7 _; F
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 8 \% O8 @! E1 ]& M1 j+ W% q
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
: t( {, y7 J6 }  L6 ]3 ~•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. ( H0 A! m# b  f& L$ J
•        Site services worldwide 3 s2 w" r" F: o) b; |8 x

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin3 t; e  S$ d) K( ~6 `4 G
•        Work evenings as required

$ c- H/ u6 G$ ~6 b$ `% H•        Customer service skills : n, T1 i3 T6 U; K. X
•        Technical writing skills ! }' e) S2 F7 u
•        C++ development skills
1 e7 D# |) V! \: Y/ X) k•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
8 M. s: k4 \6 O5 [- r•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments ; ?% K3 N' R) v5 u* p9 J) n7 n( r3 `
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

7 I9 h/ b9 r  c•        Technical degree or diploma
