  P3 y& N6 B. K( S•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control1 L9 Q# s. Q8 u; R" y4 S1 J, e5 T
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
: g1 _) p4 ?' R6 W•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  3 {: I$ O  {1 \, d8 {
•        Managing customer expectations
0 Y* F4 ]5 c: B8 V; a$ m/ i7 y•        Documentation of technical procedures
( v' M8 V4 s! P+ F7 L7 D•        Trouble shooting client network issues . J7 l; Y% r1 U# v! z
•        Optimizing system configurations  4 R; A( G2 k* X
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
! O8 O, G1 J: Y- V# V- _•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
4 X7 F( w# _; |7 ^& R•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills

•        C++ development skills

•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Technical degree or diploma
