Position Responsibilities:, G, c: v* n1 o  m8 [. V2 c( }
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control, s- M6 o. O$ z2 x5 g2 ^
•        Identification and replication of software defects  / S# h" |' Y8 y1 [  Y; M1 M( o0 G% T
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
3 y9 J+ L9 v4 ]•        Managing customer expectations
% c7 b6 j3 I& o: B; v•        Documentation of technical procedures ' F4 T. p* m! d. Z. _% q- Y* N
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
7 m& Y& w! s. u( D•        Optimizing system configurations  
# L, B& s7 Y# G) o•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 0 ~* ~6 ~* x" }1 G
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin% g' |6 f& n3 w

Skills and Knowledge Required3 U1 S# r4 V% V3 ?
•        Customer service skills

•        C++ development skills
& w+ y& X# X  U2 _4 V•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.  e2 H4 Z: }. E) V
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments 8 k  ^$ `; L  [/ V6 E
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) . E& Z: r! A& z
•        Ability to work independently
