• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
, ]; J+ @9 g( W+ z& q# Z• Identification and replication of software defects
5 a, E4 i' a0 A' M/ P9 r0 b( g4 [5 z• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients & z, h- \1 F% v/ r6 j3 g- a
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues 8 P5 @7 W+ U. d

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system . i1 A( }( Y: W) `
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Network trouble shooting skills

Experience and Education
