% a! s3 {/ R' z2 M- W- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
9 S) G# d5 s3 s- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
+ U6 b6 Q! y7 M5 f7 A) A  Z# g- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- ^" y6 [5 I' X- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
8 i+ Y  t$ z5 B' t- D9 \- A7 f- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
Requirements:
5 W' ~, c  u( O9 I' M# _•        Completion of secondary school is required
