how do I crop ID photo

I took some photo at home to be used on china visa app, wondering how do I crop to the size so it prints on 4x 6 like a ID photo.  

I used online software but they all have watermark

从来没做过。 不过在SUPERSTORE打印相片时发现有一选择ID打印，不知是不是你要的尺寸。你可试试。
