1月份的房地产价格是$314,783，比上个月下降了1.4%，同比下降0.7%。其中，独立屋（singlehouse）的价格稳中有升，从12月的$366,761上涨到1月的$367,747。康兜（condo）的价格下降了2%，从12月的$244,174下降到1月的$239,006，丢普莱克斯（duplex）和排屋（rowhouse）的价格平均上升1.5%，均价为$300,563。

; R! t# v, `2 ?同2009年12月相比，2010年1月的成交量有所下降，各类房型总成交量为884个单元，独立屋（singlehouse）共成交524套，康兜（condo）成交288套，但总成交量去年同比仍然上升了154套。1月份，新挂牌出售的房屋有2,199套，售出比例为40%，而总的市场保有量有 4,864套。一个单位的房屋从挂牌到售出平均需要57天，而1月份所有房产（包含民宅、商用房、农用建筑）总销售额为3亿1千5百万，同比上升19%。1 P a! z8 Z1 G. R
