大家觉得建筑商要价是不是有点高？2500尺，58万？再就是建筑商的建筑质量大家是怎样看得？有没有朋友买的他们的房子？请讲讲看法吧！

不了解这个builder，但是我的第一感觉是户型选择太少，不够大气。可以去前几天有人推荐的whiteeagle得网站看看

pacesetter 感觉比较差。IMO而已。
6 V5 q5 h3 y2 M- ?( I请大家上BBB网站，我知道pacesetter 的投诉比较多，RATE较差，其他二家我没有查过。

其实大家的房子有没有HRV系统的？主人房没有洗手间大家怎么看法

) T. r3 j$ t/ A# B* I; F漏水的现象我没遇到过，如果我是你的话，我不会担心这个问题。呵呵。

May be I should make it a bit more clear; when I said I believe my own eyes, I actually was talking about the craftsmanship/design and not anything else.

I agree with your this appoint. We only can tell their craftsmanship or design is good or not with our eyes.
