大家觉得建筑商要价是不是有点高？2500尺，58万？再就是建筑商的建筑质量大家是怎样看得？有没有朋友买的他们的房子？请讲讲看法吧！

pacesetter 感觉比较差。IMO而已。
9 n# H& F* j+ ?. A" d  B* m5 a请大家上BBB网站，我知道pacesetter 的投诉比较多，RATE较差，其他二家我没有查过。

房子带卫生间，一来担心潮湿问题，二来担心要是有漏水现象，那就不能睡觉了，而且还会臭

卫生间里都有排气扇，潮湿应该不是问题，这里反而太干燥。
& x# _& A7 E, v- g3 g* v漏水的现象我没遇到过，如果我是你的话，我不会担心这个问题。呵呵。

What I was trying to say is I DO NOT BELIEVE THE BBB RATINGS; even those being rated DO NOT really care, too.

May be I should make it a bit more clear; when I said I believe my own eyes, I actually was talking about the craftsmanship/design and not anything else.
