2 [7 H; e) G7 S6 o$ K  z6 f* Responsible for ensuring accurate, concise documentation that meets organizational, legislzative and legal requirement
5 F: U2 S5 d# `$ t' @! g' J*Responsible for coordinating tactical planning and monitoring processes at the site/program and departmental level
: C  j6 m+ g& c  v% F/ O5 X*Responsible for building, overall staffing issues and leadership on an ongoing basis and during emergency situations.
*Responsible for assessment of populations of residents with similar care needs to indentify nursing care needs of the group.

3 g; S6 V6 W; Y) {8 F8 [2 {. a0 c7 IMust be a registered nurse and possesses AARN registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years exoerience in health care particularly in management role is required. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.
