Postion summary:
* Position Directly to CEO
1 j# J8 z$ m. Z# A3 {1 E) c* Responsible for ensuring accurate, concise documentation that meets organizational, legislzative and legal requirement
*Responsible for coordinating tactical planning and monitoring processes at the site/program and departmental level
5 y+ l  f/ B. F3 K, u*Responsible for building, overall staffing issues and leadership on an ongoing basis and during emergency situations.
% E) T4 W: `3 ?$ I3 R- a*Responsible for assessment of populations of residents with similar care needs to indentify nursing care needs of the group.
& \& ^7 p0 `2 m* v0 x) z& C
Qualifications:
* G  W& u2 l( @6 g3 O' c/ ]+ ^3 yMust be a registered nurse and possesses AARN registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years exoerience in health care particularly in management role is required. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.
