Pudding Recipe

Milk 500c.c- {$ f: j+ |# z6 N4 v

sugar 80g: Y3 ~' O' t& b* ]/ k3 L+ D

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
4 T* E0 d4 k8 [. B5 k2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.: c P- X8 i0 U* C: Z
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
: f0 L0 r4 \1 M4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
f% E, V0 w' Z, O6 U3 T' h2 |4 d$ ~5 i5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

egg yolk 5 }! X* B# D0 t' `* U# l" c
sugar 40g+30g) u6 I) ?, J4 F9 r" |/ j) L/ Q
vanilla extract 1/2tsp

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled6 M8 S9 H( q7 N k: `$ G6 g6 o
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 9 ^7 [7 V) `' e# n6 u: x
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
{* ^% B* n4 R. A Y! ^4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
% K# \: Z# m' }# b; @4 ^0 v5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water! F8 d# W7 G, G5 y8 l5 y" S8 v

不要加蛋白/ o8 r/ M( B3 d7 P# b" C8 f
用第二個recipe
; u( C b- H+ o喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋
; b6 ?/ @; Q# y$ D; {' P7 s T有蛋白就會比較凝固
( g& J+ D# e" z* {5 h第一種做出來有一半超好吃- |) V$ D2 w6 k- h
下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
