1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)! }5 I+ ]7 h' P0 u+ a% c
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.% S9 T: E: q* i
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely3 F) e9 t- x% g6 N2 o7 J$ ^
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)& m6 {: a7 ^% h# `1 v6 I) Y
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water5 ?+ o v0 q3 u6 p

sugar 40g+30g

- q6 h6 \' w7 q8 i) B- M1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled
7 \4 b7 z& O& a' D2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar

4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
