FUNCTIONS:

The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:( ]8 W6 t( S. U* y

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.+ \0 V) @3 Z; m/ l0 J5 H. f

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.

SALARY RANGE:

: k1 U% |8 {1 _21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
