: n2 [* u6 K, R2 s% k$ R. k$ JThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

4 l- J% b$ H: c( p· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.; u# A+ J2 E0 @# \6 x$ G

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.+ S- O% m! E, Z; E4 Y4 V

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.

21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.+ C. A; O7 L1 D8 O
