4 e5 e) |$ ]+ @. w ~The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include: V8 N3 Z' X; E4 V/ O# {

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.3 G" ~# G1 u5 a$ \6 R

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.

· Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.
