outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
! G7 m& }) n- x4 o. h( X# j+ x" P8 X: h8 q6 q, l' }4 f- k
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
, ~% l6 ]$ F s4 D3 u. F5 FThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.
