院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享+ y1 n1 k& L* U% a) U( o; O

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
* D8 `3 H! [, H( N8 Q1 cup water 250 ml
) x! a0 B% ~% \7 r# V2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
1 i: o6 i# ]; a5 ~1/2 cup sugar 125 ml " R- l, W7 n y+ V7 ~
juice of 1 lemon* 1 + ?7 I* ~: k! `( f1 U
6 C: ^& J: C" E9 p, S8 I0 @' ZPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
