院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享/ y) k$ l7 E+ {1 N* ~7 R+ P

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE , X8 h" o9 g) T+ v
! @7 f7 Y( E, B/ x2 I3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
% k1 l( G; \2 v4 p1 cup water 250 ml
F2 P9 b8 n9 d; K9 E2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 1 {2 L5 y& J+ K8 l! G% s
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 3 V, Z$ O0 p: F; a: z, v' x
juice of 1 lemon* 1 1 _, q; f2 W) f! k
& X6 b# I: y# T* B5 p& ?Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.3 C5 l' m- m6 P4 M) d

Serving Suggestion:

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!; ^& u2 |- `& T
