院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
/ C) \+ _8 h2 D6 L+ y1 cup water 250 ml + R5 h# @5 l5 x {3 C" f
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
Z1 k/ }: P( K, k! T) k1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 0 c: C, ]3 d' K& b, b
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.' H4 N- i, A* D& X- m: E R- k) s
