院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

/ C: R) w6 A# V7 b3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
+ D( i0 Z+ V* L/ E5 Z, [, s2 y1 cup water 250 ml $ _" l9 y; Z* E2 ]* r: D0 o
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
! S0 w. i8 b1 u1 j' w$ m1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
4 k1 H0 j/ B" r3 G+ u: z/ M0 ~2 wjuice of 1 lemon* 1

% N4 n9 H' R; V% V xPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.0 E4 r4 M2 n+ E2 b+ U
