院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

/ p6 O: o# ^3 ^: O3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 8 r, V5 k; H' o* v5 N# t% }
1 cup water 250 ml
7 F2 h# F7 T7 ]7 Z% W2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 2 E: q4 v& N5 \4 d
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 5 s" V/ q0 ]) s! L
juice of 1 lemon* 1 # b/ u' ~; x4 n: _5 z
7 b+ B8 o9 m; d$ O4 ~5 V( U
Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
