院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享7 A# j+ D' B- M3 Z; t

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
% D1 Q4 Z' C7 P/ G% X. x1 cup water 250 ml ) j: n9 T0 U L, i7 ?& U' \1 n
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
4 V8 T& t8 x; f c* A$ W0 T1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
# ?( @# |7 j: v* W3 l8 Bjuice of 1 lemon* 1 # v: @7 C7 g' \7 H4 a

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool., y- _1 ` u4 M/ O0 Q1 \- L% F
