院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 5 p- a6 f/ X" K! u1 e 
   
) D" }1 s# w: f" M4 a3 |' h3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 7 h% @, f/ t% Q* d! t 
1 cup water 250 ml : D& t) C. ^! J) L 
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml  
; x3 v" u2 _1 u6 u2 c6 I2 A4 }' r1/2 cup sugar 125 ml  
) `9 h6 _! {  F; {. c$ V4 Yjuice of 1 lemon* 1 8 Y' \! `6 d, \+ Q2 Q) T1 p( }

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
