全加华人联会第十七届年会暨埃城分会成立典礼在埃德蒙顿举行

2009年11月14/15日，全加华人联会第十七届年会（NCCC, National Congress of Chinese Canadians）暨埃城分会成立典礼在本屯举行。

中国驻卡尔加里总领事吴新建也到会表示祝贺，并致欢迎辞。

今天发现，市长Mandel真是个可爱的老头～当主持人介绍吴新建总领事的时候，说的是Mr. Wu Xinjian, Consul General from Calgary...市长说，其实Consul General Wu is not from Calgary, he is the Consul General from China and he just works in Calgary... Because  I don't think they are paying operation tax to Calgary Municipal office...



7 x, V7 I! }/ A, e0 W' L8 s# N而吴新建总领事也很急智，他说: As Mayor Mandel said, I am not the Consul General from Calgary, I am just working for Chinese Consulate General in Calgary for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Northwest Territories...
