1 i& ^; m6 f( l) a" H5 b- m0 H不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。

/ Q) B) ?* _1 B# ^0 s/ C* Y0 o8 u+ xRegulated = 管制。 也就是说，所有价格是经过某一机构审核后批准涨幅、跌幅价格。
