2 y; v& _' P% O% _不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。

1 N2 O# {1 W7 X" b8 ^- PRegulated = 管制。 也就是说，所有价格是经过某一机构审核后批准涨幅、跌幅价格。

With the signing of the Natural Gas Markets and Pricing Agreement on October 31st, 1985, otherwise known as the “Halloween Agreement”, natural gas prices are now determined by the competitive forces of supply and demand.
目前亚省天然气是经过 (Alberta Utilities Commission) AUC 批准的。
