请问Direct Energy 的 de-regulated 和 regulated有什么区别阿？

字面意思很简单，但就是不明白具体是什么，大汗。。。

Direct energy essential service 是否就是现在的 de-regulated

这两个都可以浮动，也可以固定。貌似没有大的区别。
! ]3 J; B  O  t. |不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。
