请问Direct Energy 的 de-regulated 和 regulated有什么区别阿？

字面意思很简单，但就是不明白具体是什么，大汗。。。

没有仔细看网站，扫了几眼也没看到 essential service....

这两个都可以浮动，也可以固定。貌似没有大的区别。
! f7 |. X( h4 u# r不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。

Regulated = 管制。 也就是说，所有价格是经过某一机构审核后批准涨幅、跌幅价格。
以天然气为例

目前亚省天然气是经过 (Alberta Utilities Commission) AUC 批准的。
