请问Direct Energy 的 de-regulated 和 regulated有什么区别阿？

9 ?& k8 m$ W9 d- f5 ^& W  u4 t0 s不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。

: p) }% }* Z( o! N: H% KRegulated = 管制。 也就是说，所有价格是经过某一机构审核后批准涨幅、跌幅价格。
