请问Direct Energy 的 de-regulated 和 regulated有什么区别阿？

字面意思很简单，但就是不明白具体是什么，大汗。。。

Direct energy essential service 是否就是现在的 de-regulated
没有仔细看网站，扫了几眼也没看到 essential service....

这两个都可以浮动，也可以固定。貌似没有大的区别。
不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。

好，大致上
Regulated = 管制。 也就是说，所有价格是经过某一机构审核后批准涨幅、跌幅价格。
以天然气为例

With the signing of the Natural Gas Markets and Pricing Agreement on October 31st, 1985, otherwise known as the “Halloween Agreement”, natural gas prices are now determined by the competitive forces of supply and demand.

de-regulated 是指不需要经过审核的价格。 这个就是所谓目前几家公司向个人签署的天然气或电源供应，以合约价格订下一定的时间长短。 由于个别公司提供的产品有异，一些合约价格可以随着市场价格涨跌。
