请问Direct Energy 的 de-regulated 和 regulated有什么区别阿？

没有仔细看网站，扫了几眼也没看到 essential service....

这两个都可以浮动，也可以固定。貌似没有大的区别。
% M/ _. U4 e$ J% o, p- b# \! ^不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。

Regulated = 管制。 也就是说，所有价格是经过某一机构审核后批准涨幅、跌幅价格。
以天然气为例

目前亚省天然气是经过 (Alberta Utilities Commission) AUC 批准的。

. C; }7 N0 r% m; G6 @8 bde-regulated 是指不需要经过审核的价格。 这个就是所谓目前几家公司向个人签署的天然气或电源供应，以合约价格订下一定的时间长短。 由于个别公司提供的产品有异，一些合约价格可以随着市场价格涨跌。
