8 g3 @" m( j9 ]% e% c) ~' jLine inner third of upper and lower lash line with 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Baked, $16. Finish the rest of lash line with 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Underground, $16. The liner should be thin toward the inner corner, and thicken toward the outer corner. Finish with Big Fatty Mascara, $20.
