• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
' r# N" [% g8 V$ k• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
: B! a8 _( X8 m% U8 U; w• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
7 r' t" f* o4 W a• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;3 {% W4 D" b4 G6 z
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; 8 n$ e7 a( m8 z% R5 l
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;

Education / Experience, n2 E" h# \( \: n4 P# R0 \% J
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
6 \# Q, {, t P% A• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 8 \# D! ]5 q9 L" @; G1 f
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; 6 M u7 {2 l! ^! G6 X
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
