1 h6 P5 Y. y" j7 I6 Z• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) . \5 B+ Z5 l- w @
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.+ y$ r( ]: T/ A M# |
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. % Y. y2 e3 s- p/ L. b3 z- r; y
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
! X1 c9 }, |4 U. Y" @# U• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
: W1 m. C/ g# @+ W/ ]• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; x% ]! P k: y; w, B& o, B4 g) _
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
