Ask help on a Car inspection!

0 r8 i, O- r9 [, N$ y! H( xIn order to get a new car-plate, my car needs to be inspected since it is licensed with anther province. Could anyone recommend a qualified and licensed inspector and an inspection station?

No, I don't know. When are you going to do the inspection? If you can wait till next week, we can go together. I am going to dirve a car back from BC next week.

Actually, I did call some of the stations. The inspection fee is quite dfferent from 99 to 140. This is only for the inspection and may have to plus any required repair or replacement. Since my car is about 10 years old, I think there are a lot of parts need to be fixed. So, I try to find a chinese mechanician or licensed inspector to help me out. I am looking for it on the newspapers, and I will let you know any news.

You may spend about 300 for inspection and repair. That's an average.

0 r7 p9 `9 |3 V* l- BThanks for your information again! I have already found one that helped me out with the problems. I called some of the stations you posted here, and one estimated the inspection and repair for about $1,500 since they required for a lot of replacements. Anyway, I got informaton from the others and had the inspection done in just $115!, which is only for the inspection without unnecessary replacements. Could you imagine that?  For instance, small borken on the windshield but they requried to replace the whole part. I know it should be done based on the law, but I do not think anyone wants to pay that much on a very old car.
