contact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and
& A" H* r" {! Z/ Y9 E9 ?doorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
$ r# k9 _8 u( E( ~/ qthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.4 ~: v- i0 @! Q5 e
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your
* W S% `8 ]9 C* V. T% ycough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta
) q! p. j3 C$ ^5 w4 |* g0 fHealth and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of! s% C& a5 R8 T
infection.
