+ ?6 x! ^! E/ ^% k! F, x6 MC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
( f# r7 s7 S# T2 H+ I+ q, x4 C•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
; ~( X+ }! d9 I# o' T; T( Q5 g, g•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
7 K* a! [  Y/ d6 e! g5 P: j" C•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
: f5 c3 X+ _1 X4 p•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
0 }) D8 c+ d; A$ b3 A3 U! Y0 D6 z•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
$ {9 O' {; p2 w  `) U) P•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
% u0 _% Z5 W+ `$ g" @$ d•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
6 ]+ r% ^( n0 {% ]: K8 \•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
2 }/ Z1 |3 _' ~+ x' t+ X6 l& o•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
  x9 C" K$ R3 n: A6 Z0 M# H•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
: t* ^. H- I9 m% S8 Q8 _Desirable Requirements:
. E# M  P1 p3 e9 U0 F: Q, z•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
