C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
" D. R9 {4 W9 @•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
+ R8 t+ i2 K' \•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
2 P5 y% d' j; ?8 k% b•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
/ L' z% c. Q2 c$ P; l# T•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
5 ]9 K8 D3 J, M0 f•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
) H7 k4 l0 ?- s  M9 o: M  x7 fMandatory Requirements:
6 i; U& K7 @  K. v! U* ?•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
+ N/ N" N$ N0 e& V* A7 c3 |& [•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
( L7 h, Z* }+ ?•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
/ e# `. l, f; b( T0 H•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
