9 j+ |% v  {  a: x* X/ MC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
/ |) V5 D( a3 o& f•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
. T: X3 z7 G4 m! e% }" @6 p•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
0 o: i" {4 B# ?•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
7 y2 R1 M& `. ]$ k9 t•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
# ~  d8 x) ^! @: p& k7 r# A•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
+ c4 }0 m" K, Q. I4 {8 U5 \$ M* U- H/ ^•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
& c7 K" G0 G/ U9 {4 E•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
