C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
2 W& [* R( z( ^- u2 C: E•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
7 l+ ~& Z. H3 f8 s3 p% p: |•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
9 D- |5 Z, d3 n5 }# F/ a/ n$ V# }5 D•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
4 o; E% \  |# e8 S•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
5 \7 j$ k4 t0 L0 C  x% B+ `•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
9 S4 G* j0 W! q( C+ {9 N5 a$ K•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
# s2 Z1 k! d- j, {1 ~  q( Y9 z•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
" F. R$ k/ c4 b* H8 `•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
) w0 n7 d0 |2 d. E•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
