C# Systems Analyst

/ W. t' c5 ~' t& y: TC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
3 Z+ W5 p  d0 {3 WDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
7 P; z# [/ x! p$ L. n. I; ]& X•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
2 ~# x' H; W8 S3 {- g•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
; B' P, L4 M8 m; u. n" ]•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
8 t, f, u: h8 h5 Y  U•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
% }9 T9 f6 A% _* w! |•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
7 F* n8 f7 ?* B) ?# s•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
2 }/ \0 m% `  ~7 }9 s& _7 v: F•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
8 z& q" g( _$ ]$ L•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
/ R% x, A2 o0 V' q- t8 q•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
* D3 T( I4 |& ^•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
( F6 _: L! j: S+ }•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
* v9 m' }2 H+ }•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
/ _& S+ P# u3 o1 V/ H) D# r•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
