C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
& c" I0 }6 X4 P( I; G/ ZDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
& j' Y! u6 x& D8 T/ ^' K+ E•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
: y. N% a" H, Z4 A) l. K6 G•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
( O8 Q& X6 g: [# U1 t# F•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
) N# F( b# z! e: k: ~9 U•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
9 j5 `; X% Z/ Q6 N& ^5 G: A" D•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
1 z4 Z& d! \2 L$ T•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
4 k* N+ u* `1 X. P5 `Mandatory Requirements:
5 \( k4 F+ H3 [, A  `•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
1 y2 f9 j3 v0 j2 `+ [•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
# E; m( ~$ a3 K4 f/ a•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
; Y5 L# l2 T! S•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
& ?0 O, L3 Z2 R0 A$ W" g" W$ H•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
