Job Duties / Responsibilities
/ u9 a/ c9 f* J) s, ^7 `# Y• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
: U3 ~1 y+ M# C• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
- @3 K9 A5 r W9 _2 G8 i; m• SAP match reporting and monthly management
. m) M7 `0 l" q% J9 J• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.7 w2 X4 w/ Y+ j( Q; x! Q6 r/ w
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
( {/ c K- N( M1 x3 ~# S3 A- u7 R• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
' E0 ~' P! z# r' \• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
+ l1 C; C! g. y& V. w• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.( l/ @8 V3 j3 f4 O# i
• Order business cards as required. M3 T, @. g1 H0 r. w
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)7 q; q% E6 ^" i
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.' ?! Q. h0 N* |4 ? T5 \
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience* V- e" F) X/ r4 T ?, D
• Grade 12 or equivalent9 R; W2 W" M( z0 Z
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
, d X6 b: V& S( J+ R• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
& r: j% t0 \2 q, a# M• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
