Job Duties / Responsibilities
) I9 Y8 I- n$ D• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.- \% B7 a0 r% D
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.! g5 I, R2 {% ]% @4 y4 l9 |, ]
• SAP match reporting and monthly management2 g5 h0 U( l( J$ e0 i4 l- L* E" \
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
0 s/ r" x; I# @4 a0 r' k( r( Q• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
& c$ }" S# B0 n/ s) s- v• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.5 ^; v' B) @# d- u8 W {
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
% B# h5 q. I% k2 Z. D• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.0 A/ O$ ^- _3 Z5 K2 o! {
• Order business cards as required." p) @6 s; `3 |' }, g+ g. z
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)5 h) [, }1 |# y S4 p. X
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.* }" v' ^4 g" U- B6 Z) G! @$ H
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking., s( N, z% u$ h& W4 m3 i1 R- E O6 N5 ?
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.4 f5 @3 ~5 K% v: o& I
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training9 D R5 h4 D" r* H

Education / Experience
; O$ h& ]3 i2 {0 X% T4 g) e• Grade 12 or equivalent
9 r7 m7 ~( `, P7 U: W) |! N• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
7 X) k& `5 [& k% ~- M• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
6 i$ b' t4 `/ K. g" r( Y0 ~2 R• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
; T( o# m/ k- L- g) [( s6 c% F• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. # e8 H8 H: t; B9 \+ m: W9 c( M% H
• Attention to detail is required.

• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
