Job Duties / Responsibilities

( L1 T; f% ^$ J+ t6 T% g% X/ Q: c• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.: z+ M/ a$ [! o3 B9 ^
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
: I! S+ D7 t; _5 n( r6 M• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
, f/ {/ X" T, p/ d3 v# r* N/ r• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.. y9 W. n& e7 ]
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
# ~3 u4 P+ H4 _• Order business cards as required.

' V; V0 b. G; R: L$ t- C7 w• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

1 V. P& m t6 Y0 M) ?• Grade 12 or equivalent
9 X* t" d, Y3 N/ j• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
& n9 J& j+ q# M# o$ ]+ N2 a• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
7 d+ A1 g; Z$ X, v u• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
