3 a+ F/ e* J9 g• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.# P4 W; D5 a* R# [' C8 P% J# t3 p
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.& b8 Y  u6 t( p7 ]
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
6 L4 Z) w+ G1 j$ @, I7 J• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.; i9 M. N6 F8 f# g7 J1 X2 m
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required./ |" h3 }* {* I3 D% S
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.4 _' v) Z/ g% I3 d2 b+ [
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
5 n" z, l  C: v( O1 V' L• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.: z. H% m4 y  p8 h5 G8 d9 O* x
• Order business cards as required.
: n; ]: A! `, Y• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)0 _1 _) h5 ?& c( b8 b' O
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
$ u0 B  z4 R& J! V/ L" R, {, g• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.2 G5 U1 N$ E+ ^
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
9 S# J+ T) D, w1 ?5 Z2 u• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

3 [4 U. q7 l. j1 C( D# `2 GEducation / Experience
9 o- U# x# s5 L1 e3 P• Grade 12 or equivalent
# I: K; t8 ]2 Y0 U- G• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)) b" ?: Z7 ?" c
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
$ I0 ]- i$ n6 |+ E" q! O; S" O2 P• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
  q/ L3 e6 ^: |• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 7 [3 c7 X. G0 y& j6 _
• Attention to detail is required. 3 d0 u7 g8 x, L' O9 u, m# Q
• High level of customer service skills is a must.9 j1 l) x/ n; N% ]: ~6 g
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.

• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.
