& K( w* M9 o+ rJob Duties / Responsibilities
& i* l) k5 C. T; P  b6 tThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
  e  j/ h, N: G5 \. F4 s8 A• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
* {. g5 Z/ j$ W5 c8 ?. B# F" ?• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
$ S0 ^! A. R% h/ r% ?• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
2 K0 [0 B- T5 X# Z0 n6 A' P0 M• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
4 O5 H- Z& p, j* z. c* c9 q• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
* r+ v8 Y' @- ^2 q" v0 e• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
/ q/ A6 u" o# c+ d& |( v: f• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
