Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
8 l- v- L( j& x• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
% [7 q+ m! ]: |0 e% u9 R5 C• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
$ U- z/ ^% t' p$ P- V# R! ^: w# z! i• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
& _0 e; i: g( q6 b$ I+ Q+ L4 @• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
  i; G+ u5 X1 V7 o9 k: ]. \• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

4 J; J, j! F) nEducation / Experience
5 I$ L: [$ ^: E" i6 L* m9 d• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
( I; F+ I* _" H" t/ d0 ^. D• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
! r$ z' _) [( T2 b; w/ D- \• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
5 a& E$ x% Q8 I. v. m. p• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
