This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Entrance Criteria
You must be/have:
1 \8 c. z5 P: ?8 k• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
# B  A6 ^' i) |8 T+ u3 g! T• Unemployed or underemployed
3 |0 N* k, `+ N$ L5 y• Minimum 18 years of age
• Good moral character
. d7 U* d( |2 T• Good health and physical condition
• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
• Citizenship documents: Permanent Resident Card or recent Canadian
