This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.9 u& G' {8 k6 ^# M1 U% C

Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Entrance Criteria

d0 O0 y6 a, I% c6 `6 R. G• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)* C8 N0 M# s3 G* e4 E0 o
• Unemployed or underemployed
" o0 z7 H5 ]0 G8 _• Minimum 18 years of age
b; t' x3 u# [; [' l4 ~' k• Good moral character$ h# x1 C" _1 r- |# R) t- ]
• Good health and physical condition
1 Q+ N2 L" t& N# X5 V) n• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+" [. `% E, u O3 H0 I
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license7 f) z* S k$ l [& \' V
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted

• Citizenship documents: Permanent Resident Card or recent Canadian
