/ a" _5 }4 y) p4 ?. q; c+ s! XWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.5 T; D/ h* `0 o

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations - C9 r7 ^3 G( N
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
4 _+ I- @" ?/ z• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach . G, a. V" e' i- i" C
• Promoting TBL products and services 2 u9 H3 i9 x5 t4 b( q- J {- Z
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
' A" v! B7 X, S• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
9 o% \4 I3 A9 G8 c# L; C• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program + d- t7 {4 {# o4 d
• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience
