7 |: U/ a0 W& @/ bSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
! B( k7 }8 y% K& p0 mSell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
& V8 B4 k! H: k- d" wHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

! M2 I. u( `! t& L# G+ q         Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
