; j# Q3 u( m  P0 `" s; o9 GSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
& g/ k8 v- S( Z. |( ]. s3 V2 ISell merchandise to customers
6 }7 F6 {) l+ iResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
; W8 T) G! |7 D/ |  E* MMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
! _, z3 K) l( w1 Z) ^' t8 WPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
; x7 y" @" \4 e3 N5 PHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

        Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
