out of province inspection and modification

I have an United States vehicle and need to have out of country and out of province inspection, and some modifications. I went to Ford Dealer, and they told me that the modification of daytime running lights need to around CAD 600.
* ~3 o; ]/ s! @3 DDoes someone recommend a good and cheaper place to such modification?

( @: m& B; ?* O+ W! {. wAnother question: Could someone recommend a good Ford Dealer or other shop that can do good mechanic job and also the price is much more reasonable?
